What You'll Be Doing
Join a leading home appliances brand and become the key contact for Italian-speaking customers.
Your Impact:
Provide after-sales support (orders, returns, refunds)
Handle and escalate customer requests when needed
Support customers via phone, chat, and email
Deliver clear product guidance and smart solutions
Use cross-selling techniques to improve customer experience
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 17:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 additional rotating day per week
What We're Looking For:
Italian C2 level
English B2 level
Strong communication and empathy skills
Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
EU Work Authorization is mandatory
What You Get:
Base salary: €1,000/month (x14 months/year)
Performance bonus: €100/month (12x/year)
