Position Overview

Were seeking an enthusiastic Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lisbon! This is an exciting opportunity to work with international clients while developing your career in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Welcome Bonus: 2,000

Schedule

• Current Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
  • 08:00 - 17:00 OR 09:00 - 18:00
  • 2 rotative days off per week
• Future Schedule: 24/7 operations (rotative shifts) - TBC by client

What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Drive business development through telesales and account management
• Influence seller success through strategic customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Contribute to overall team success and company growth

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)
• Minimum 1 year experience in:
  • Customer service or support
  • Telesales
  • Account management
  • Customer success roles
  • Business development positions
• Sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with business development focus

Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary
• 2,000 Welcome Bonus
• 1,000 bonus per 14 months
• 100 bonus per 11 months
