Your Role:

• You will be providing customer support over the phone, email and chat
• You will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• You will be assisting clients with questions, queries and information they might require

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above)
• Outstanding communication and relational skills
• Customer-centered mindset and problem solver
• Availability to work on rotating shifts 
• Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
