Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A passion for travel and helping customers make the most of their journeys.
