Your Role and Responsibilities ️

As an Italian-Speaking Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review user-generated content to ensure it adheres strictly to the platform's community guidelines, terms of service, and relevant legal requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, positive, and authentic online experience for users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Content Review & Analysis: Meticulously examine various forms of user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio, to identify potential violations of platform policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply content guidelines consistently and accurately to make informed decisions on content visibility and user actions. This includes identifying and acting against spam, misinformation, hate speech, harassment, graphic content, and other harmful material.
• Decision Making: Make rapid and accurate judgments on content in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, often dealing with sensitive and potentially disturbing material.
• Quality Assurance: Strive for high accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions, contributing to the overall integrity of the platform.
• Data Reporting: Accurately categorize and document moderation decisions and relevant content trends to support reporting and insights for policy improvement.
• Staying Updated: Keep abreast of evolving content trends, platform policies, and industry best practices in online safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and quality assurance specialists to ensure consistent application of policies and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

• Italian Fluency: Native or near-native (C2 level equivalent) proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential for accurately understanding and moderating culturally specific content and nuances.
• English Proficiency: A professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required for internal communication, training, and navigating internal tools and documentation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail to identify subtle policy breaches and potential risks.
• Decision-Making: Proven ability to make sound and rapid decisions independently, often under pressure.
