Content Moderator (Italian-Speaking) Social Media

Your Role

• Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform policies

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with community standards

• Escalate sensitive issues when needed

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in Italian (C1, written and spoken)

• Good English skills (B2)

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

• Interest in digital platforms (knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus)

• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work under pressure
