Italian Speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (texts, images, videos) in accordance with company policies and community standards for the Italian market.
• Identify and escalate potentially illegal or harmful content to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure content complies with ethical and legal standards, protecting users from abuse and inappropriate material.
• Respond to queries related to content moderation from internal teams.
• Contribute to team processes and suggest improvements to enhance content moderation efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving content policies and moderation best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian  – spoken and written.
• Good English proficiency (training will be conducted in English).
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to online safety.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
