Italian Speaking Content Reviewer

In this position, you will help preserve the integrity of a fast-growing international short-form video and entertainment service. Beyond playing a key role in keeping internet users safe, you will work inside a vibrant, diverse setting while enjoying Portugal's sunshine, coastal views, and rich history.

Core Duties

Your primary objective is to keep the platform safe and positive by reviewing user-created content according to corporate policies:

• Content Review: Screen, evaluate, and moderate Italian-language submissions—including audio clips, videos, images, and text—to guarantee total compliance with community guidelines.
• Guideline Enforcement: Respond quickly to material that breaches platform rules, including hate speech, online harassment, false information, or copyright violations.
• Cultural Context: Keep up with current trends, popular memes, and local slang across Italy to accurately judge flagged posts.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently meet accuracy and speed benchmarks to satisfy project KPIs.
• Escalations: Refer complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to senior policy specialists or managers.
• Ongoing Learning: Engage in routine training sessions to remain current on updated policies and moderation software.

Desired Profile

Basic Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent mastery of Italian (C1/C2 level) along with a strong working knowledge of English (at least B2 level) for team communications, systems, and training.
• Work Location: Full readiness to work full-time on-site at our modern Lisbon facilities.
• Tech Aptitude: Comfortable navigating social media applications, short-form video apps, and basic computer systems.
• Emotional Resilience: The composure and objectivity needed to evaluate sensitive or challenging digital material neutrally.
• Work Eligibility: An EU passport or existing legal authorization to work in Portugal.

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous background in content moderation, customer service, data localization, or call centers is helpful, but not required. Comprehensive paid training is provided!
