In this role, you will work on a high-profile project for a world-leading search engine, helping millions of users navigate the digital world while you navigate one of Europe's most beautiful coastal capitals.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Advisor, you are more than just a support agent; you are the primary point of contact for the Italian-speaking community. Your goal is to provide efficient, friendly, and accurate solutions, ensuring every user gets the most out of their search experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multichannel Support: Engage with users via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries regarding search engine features and digital tools.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a digital detective to diagnose and resolve account issues or technical glitches.
  • User Optimization: Guide users on how to navigate the platform more effectively and provide feedback to the technical team to improve the service for everyone.
  • Professional Excellence: Ensure all interactions meet our high-quality service benchmarks and internal KPIs, maintaining the prestige of a global brand.

Who We Are Looking For

While previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage, it is certainly not a requirement. We value personality and potential above all else and provide comprehensive, fully paid training to ensure you are ready to succeed from day one.

  • Language Mastery: You must be fluent in Italian (native or near-native level) and possess a strong B2 level of English for internal communication.
  • Communication Skills: You have a knack for explaining complex things simply and maintaining a professional, helpful tone even under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have a genuine interest in how search engines work and feel comfortable using various digital tools and platforms.
  • Adaptability: You bring a positive attitude to a fast-paced, rotative environment and enjoy the energy of a diverse workplace.

Salary & Comprehensive Benefits

We believe in taking care of our people so they can enjoy everything Lisbon has to offer. Our financial package is designed to provide stability and peace of mind:

  • Base Salary: €1,000 Gross per month, paid 14 times per year (providing you with extra "holiday" and "Christmas" pay).
  • Performance Bonus: Earn an additional monthly KPI bonus of up to €120 based on your excellence.
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day, provided via a convenient meal card.
  • Health & Life Insurance: Comprehensive coverage included from day one of your contract.
  • Relocation Support: If you are moving from abroad, we've got you covered. We provide a private room in a shared company apartment and assist with your local registration, including your NIF and Social Security.

Working Life in Lisbon

  • The Schedule: A standard 40-hour work week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).
  • The Shifts: Rotative shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
  • The Location: This is a full-time, on-site position at our modern, high-tech hub in the heart of Lisbon.
