Italian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Work from Home)

Work Model: Remote / Work from Home

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you enjoy helping people and communicating in Italian? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers of a leading international company in the pet care sector.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented support through inbound calls, emails, and chat.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services

• Assist customers with order processing, account management, cancellations, and complaints

• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing-related documentation accurately

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional customer support when appropriate

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience excellence

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native Italian (C2 level)

• Good English communication skills (B2 level)

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Previous experience in cross-selling is considered an advantage

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

• Base Salary: €1,000 gross/month

• Performance Bonus: up to €100 gross/month (paid over 12 months)

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net/day
