About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service professional to join an international project in Lisbon.

You will serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing support in Italian and English from an on-site Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Assist customers as their first point of contact
• Maintain a positive and service-oriented customer experience

Schedule

Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, with rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00.

Weekends off.
