About the Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-centric, fluent Italian speaker to join a leading global insurance organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for Italian-speaking policyholders and registered insurance brokers, delivering top-tier consultation, support, and administrative accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via telephone and email.
• Provide accurate explanations regarding insurance policies, coverage scopes, claims, and cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers with administrative inquiries, policy validations, and amendments.
• Handle sensitive customer inquiries with tact, professionalism, and prompt resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive records in internal CRM databases in compliance with data privacy and quality benchmarks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Base: €1,000 gross
• Monthly Performance Incentive: Up to €100
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per worked day
• Fixed Schedule: Monday–Friday routine with standard weekend rest

Candidate Profile

• Fluency: Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (working proficiency).
• Background: Proven experience in customer service, helpdesk, or front-office roles (insurance sector experience highly regarded).
• Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and structured email correspondence.
• Competencies: Strong problem-solving mindset, emotional intelligence, and multitasking ability in a structured environment.
