Role Overview

As a Digital Payments Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking merchants. You'll guide them through account setup, troubleshoot technical/payment issues, and help them unlock business opportunities with our various service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding omnichannel support (Phone, Email, Chat, and Social Media) to Italian-speaking merchants.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to accounts, hardware, and payment processing.
• Identify merchant needs and suggest relevant value-added services/features to foster business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to optimize customer experience.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards.

Candidate Profile

• Languages: Native / Bilingual Italian + Fluent English (B2).
• Experience: 1+ years in Customer Support, Contact Center, or Client Solutions (preferred).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, apps, and digital platforms.
• Sales & Commercial Acumen: Ability to spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and suggest tailored solutions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and active listening skills under pressure.
• Location: Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: €1,000 gross/month (paid over 14 months = €14,000/year base)
• Attendance Bonus: €50 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 / working day (tax-free via Meal Card)
• Comprehensive Health Insurance: Included from contract signing
• Paid Training: 30-day onboarding program (Mon–Fri, 08:00 – 17:00 | ~€660 net during initial phase)

Relocation Package (For candidates outside Portugal)

• Company-provided shared accommodation for up to 12 months (full details discussed during the initial interview).
• Note: Flight ticket is candidate's responsibility.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Rotative 5 days on / 2 consecutive days off)
• Shift Window: Between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotative shifts; flexible up to 21:00 if ever required)
