Explain product features, compatibility, and benefits clearly
Manage objections confidently and guide customers toward purchase decisions
Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, compliance, and sales performance
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Stay up to date with new product launches and updates
Deliver a premium customer experience in every interaction
