Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00

About the Role

We are looking for native or fluent Italian speakers to join our team as Content Moderators in Lisbon. This is an on-site, entry-level position ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining safe and respectful online communities.

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content posted on social media platforms

• Identify and report inappropriate content

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ensure the platform remains a safe environment for all users

• Collaborate with your team to meet performance and quality targets

Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian (minimum B2 level); English for internal communication

• EU citizenship or valid Portugal residency card

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills
