About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Italian-Speaking Telesales Representative to join our growing team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for junior candidates who are eager to develop their sales skills and build a successful career in a dynamic international environment.

As a Telesales Representative, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, identify sales opportunities, promote products and services, and contribute to business growth through effective customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to grow professionally.
