Right now, we
are looking for an ITSM Platform Specialist for a client on our Talent
Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Implementing, configuring, maintaining, and
  evolving an ITSM platform. This includes workflows, forms, service catalogs,
  automations, integrations with other tools, and upgrade management.
  
• Working closely with Service Management teams
  and the Product Manager, ensuring that functional requirements are technically
  well translated and implemented cleanly.
  
• Having an active role in resolving complex
  platform incidents and in the continuous improvement of its performance and
  security.
  

You must have:

• Strong technical experience in ITSM
  platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar),
  including customization, scripting, and integrations via APIs.
  
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and
  implementation.
  
• Autonomy, technical rigor, and attention
  to detail are critical. This role requires someone who can anticipate problems,
  avoid fragile solutions, and create documentation.
