Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Moderator with Italian and English B2 skills to join an international team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing online content and making accurate decisions according to internal policies and guidelines.

Important: This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, so it requires resilience, emotional stability, and a strong ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.

Required Languages

• Italian: Fluent
• English: B2 level

Schedule

This is a 24/7 rotational shift role, from Monday to Sunday.

Shifts:

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

Work model: 100% on-site

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: 1000€ per month (paid over 14 months)

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day

Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment.

Health insurance:

• Available from day 1 (employee contribution required)
• Free after 6 months of contract

Relocation Package

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months
• Full details will be discussed during the interview process
• No flight ticket provided

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Italian and has B2 English
• Is comfortable working in a rotating 24/7 schedule
• Can work fully on-site in Porto
• Has the emotional resilience to deal with sensitive content
• Can make objective decisions and follow moderation guidelines carefully
