Right now, we
are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to integrate our talent team.

Your
responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI -powered
  applications, agents, and automation solutions.
  
• Build and enhance AI agents that support Software
  Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, improving productivity and
  operational efficiency.
  
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms
  such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and other engineering tools.
  
• Create and optimize AI -driven solutions for
  requirements management, test automation, and software delivery processes.
  
• Collaborate with Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and
  Architecture teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
  
• Support the migration, maintenance, and
  continuous improvement of AI products and cloud -based integrations.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing AI
  applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
  
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution
  design, and best practices related to AI adoption and software
  engineering.
  
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities,
  and CI/CD processes to ensure solution quality.
  

You
must have:

• Around 1 year of professional experience in AI
  Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Experience developing AI -based solutions,
  automations, or intelligent agents.
  
• Proficiency in Python and solid software
  development fundamentals.
  
• Experience working with LLMs, AI copilots, or
  AI -assisted development tools.
  
• Knowledge of software development best practices,
  testing, and version control (Git).
  
• Experience working with REST APIs and system
  integrations.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and
  cross -functional collaboration.
  
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern
  software engineering environments.
  
• Understanding of cloud -native applications and AI
  solution deployment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Professional working proficiency in English.
  

We
value:

• Experience building enterprise AI agents or
  agentic workflows.
  
• Knowledge of Generative AI frameworks such as
  LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
  
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions,
  and AI -powered developer productivity tools.
  
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  platforms.
  
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD
  pipelines, and automation.
  
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as
  Playwright.
  
• Experience developing custom applications or
  integrations for Jira and Confluence.
  
• Understanding of software architecture principles
  and engineering governance.
  
• Exposure to Machine Learning frameworks such as
  TensorFlow, Scikit -learn, or PyTorch.
  
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial
  Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
