The Bosch unit in Ovar belongs to the Building Technologies division and is focused on bringing solutions to the market that are shaping the smart cities of the future. The company develops and produces innovative solutions for security and communication systems, fire alarms and electronic displays. With about 700 employees, its success lies in the highly specialized and innovative team and technological know-how.
Bosch’s ADAS division is strengthening its internal technology steering capabilities to support
strategic decision-making and accelerate innovation. The project aims to build and operate an
internal platform used by the division’s top management to track technological developments,
assess risks and opportunities, and guide long-term product and R&D direction.
In parallel, the team is developing a next-generation AI Agent platform, leveraging state-of-the-art
technologies to enhance decision support, automate knowledge discovery, and improve the
efficiency of internal processes.
You will join a multi-disciplinary team responsible for shaping and maintaining these critical
platforms, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the division’s technology strategy.
Your work will directly contribute to how Bosch ADAS defines priorities, drives innovation, and
delivers advanced driver assistance solutions for the future of mobility.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance code in a microservice architecture
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all code and systems
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Deploy code to production environments (Kubernetes + Helm) using modern CI/CD practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Monitor application performance and optimize code for scalability
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Education:
• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
