Right now, we are looking for a Junior Business Development – Defense and Security for a client on our Talent Team.

You must have:

• Experience in managing and developing strategic accounts in the security and/or defense sectors.

• Ability to identify business opportunities and manage the full commercial cycle.

• Proven track record in building and strengthening long‑term relationships with institutional and governmental clients.

• Experience in contract negotiation and managing technical and commercial proposal processes.

• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance within the security/defense sector.

• Ability to align deliverables with stringent technical requirements specific to the industry.
