Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and package holidays.
• Provide guidance on itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related questions.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel agency’s products, services, and policies.
• Accurately log customer interactions and manage tickets in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent Danish speaker with B2-C1 proficiency in English.
• Experience: 12 months of experience in customer support (experience in the travel industry is advantageous but not required).
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems (GDS) is a plus.
