​ The Team 

The Immigration Department of Lexidy Portugal deals with all international mobility related issues. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions. From Portuguese nationality issues, passing through the right of foreigner's to stay in Portugal or even dealing with the European Internal Market.
 

Tasks

• Work closely with the Head of Immigration Portugal and other departments to support enhance business operations
• Manage relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinate all necessary appointments
• Provide advice on migration, citizenship, and business immigration issues, political asylum, and the processes through which people may secure travel, work, or student visas.
• Execution immigration procedures
• Lead follow ups
• Solving day-to-day queries
• Advising upselling and cross selling
• Content generation and point of views (blogs, videos)
• Process optimization
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and company protocols

Who We're Looking For

• At least 3+ years of experience with Immigration Law in Portugal
• Educational background: Graduated in Law and registered in the Portuguese Bar Association. Master is appreciated!
• Knowledge and experience with visas and residencies permit application (D1, D2, D3, D7, D8 Visas and Residence Permits), as well as citizenship applications
• A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Let’s get the job done!
• Passion, energy, and commitment
• Fluent in English and Portuguese  (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus
• Excited about and curiosity for digital tools, process automation and innovation
• A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands
• A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business
• You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions
• You are motivated and driven. Voluntarily participate in new challenges without waiting to be asked
