The Junior Logistics Assistant is responsible for supporting our manager in overseeing the effective operation of the company' supply chain.

What you'll do:

• Process incoming shipments


• Arrange outgoing shipments


• Completing purchase orders from various suppliers


• Verifying inventory information


• Preparing condition reports to include in updates to the warehouse manager


• Administrative tasks related to inbound/outbound

What you'll need:

• Eligible to IEFP Internship


• Academic degree in Industrial Management or other related area


• Knowledge of supply chain management principles


• Knowledge of warehouse management


• English fluency


• Solid Excel skills


• Proficiency in Power BI and Data Tools will be a plus.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• High level of initiative
