Junior O2C Specialist Medical Devices

We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join a finance operations team in Porto, supporting a leading company in the diabetes medical devices sector. This is a structured, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with a background in accounting or finance who is looking to develop their career within a specialised and meaningful industry.

About the Role

You will be part of a team responsible for managing Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across all financial processes. This role combines analytical work with cross-functional collaboration within a highly regulated environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and account reconciliation
• Ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting and finance principles
• Handling customer queries related to billing and payments
• Maintaining and updating financial records within ERP systems
• Supporting reporting and analytical tasks using MS Excel
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth end-to-end O2C processes

What We Are Looking For

• Native or proficient in Dutch, with advanced English (C1 level) — both mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance — mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or Finance operations — 2 to 5 years is a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite is a plus
• Customer service orientation, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

What Is on Offer

• Salary per 14 months
• Performance Bonus: 300€ per 11 months
• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day (net)
• Welcome Bonus: 280€ paid in 12 monthly instalments throughout the first year*
• Health Insurance from day 1 — free after 6 months of contract
• Relocation support: shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal
• On-site position based in Porto, Portugal
• Start date: 12 March 2026

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday
