Junior Online Marketing Sales Expert Italian Market

About the Role

We are looking for an Online Marketing Sales Expert for the Italian market.

In this role, you will support business clients with online advertising solutions, help them grow their digital presence, and identify new sales opportunities through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing B2B customers daily and identify sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers in the marketing industry
• Advise clients on their online advertising strategy
• Understand each client's business goals and match them with the right advertising solutions
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training
• Upsell additional solutions to existing clients
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

• Work with clients to help them expand and develop their customer base
• Support advertising campaigns in a dynamic and innovative environment
• Contribute to sales growth by identifying new opportunities
• Help improve the effectiveness of clients' online marketing activities

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 to 17:00
• Fixed shift structure

Location

• Lisbon
• Workplace: Expo Oceanário

Training

• 5 weeks total training
  • 4 weeks classroom training
  • 1 week working with sample leads
• Training is conducted in English
• A training agreement is signed on the first day
• If training is successfully completed, the work contract is signed afterward
• Training is paid proportionally if completed successfully

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €760.00
• Christmas allowance: €63.33
• Holiday allowance: €63.33
• Meal allowance: €7.00 per day
• Total package compensation: €1,240.66
• Health insurance from day one of the contract
• Apartment benefit option available for eligible candidates
• Company-rented apartments may be provided for employees living more than 100 km from the workplace

Contract Type

• 60 working days preliminary contract
• Then a 12-month contract
• Followed by one additional 12-month extension
• Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years

Holidays and Leave

• Portuguese public holidays apply
• If working on a public holiday, a compensation day is given
• Vacation entitlement:
  • Up to 20 days in the first year
  • 22 days per year in later years
• Trial period: 1 month after contract signature
