About the role 

Our Lisbon based QA team is looking for an addition to the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our UK-based Jules Operations Team, as wel as our EBASE development team, contributing to the quality and reliability of our SaaS and PaaS solutions through both manual and automated testing.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and eager to start their QA testing career. Initially, the primary responsibilities will involve manual testing, functional testing, and business requirements analysis.  Other things you'll work on: 

• Perform manual testing to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of software applications.

• Execute test cases and accurately document test results, identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure proper test coverage and alignment with requirements.

• Assist in preparing test data and setting up test environments to support QA activities.

• Support the creation and maintenance of functional and technical documentation related to testing processes and results.

• Begin contributing to the execution of automated tests, with guidance, and help analyze results to ensure software quality.

• Use appropriate tools to log, track, and verify defects through to resolution.
