Junior Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (Based in Braga, Portugal)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotating Shifts)

• Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

About the Role:
Are you fluent in German and looking for an opportunity to start your career? We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Braga, Portugal. No prior experience is required—we will provide all the training you need to succeed!

• Help customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide clear and friendly support for products, services, and solutions.
• Solve customer problems or pass them to the right team when needed.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
• Work with your team to improve the customer experience.

• Basic English skills to communicate with the team.
