Junior RMA Technician - IEFP Trainee

The Junior RMA Technician is responsible for performing product diagnosis, repairs and service to include diagnose problems, including problem identification, research of problem, isolation of issue, and completion of resolution. 

What you'll do:

• Evaluate and determine the root cause of failure for RMA products


• Troubleshoot and test RMA units to component


• Record findings in Excel/Sheets and ERP as well as determine appropriate next steps for devices


• Escalate cases of units when a root cause can not be identified


• Able to find trends through data analysis


• Managing the RMA requests (inbound and outbound) and flow


• Work with internal and external teams to review updates to RMA process


• Work with customer support and other software teams as a technical resource for any customer issues and patch bugs as needed

What you'll need:

• Eligible to IEFP Internship


• Scholar background in Engineering, Automation, or other related field


• English fluency (preferable)


• Willingness to work autonomously


• Highly organized, can juggle competing priorities and tasks


• Willing to learn and share your knowledge with others


• Team player!
