Junior Software Engineer

Fundraisr is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Lisbon.

This role is central to evolving our modular, service-oriented architecture and scaling a platform that has already generated $1M ARR. You will be responsible for moving the platform from its current foundation into a high-performance, enterprise-grade ecosystem that simplifies the fundraising lifecycle through automation and AI.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize our React 18 Single-Page Application using TypeScript and Vite for efficient production builds.

Manage backend logic via Node.js Vercel Serverless Functions and architect the database API layer using Supabase and PostgreSQL.

Implement features using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to handle campaign classification and personalized outreach generation.

Manage bi-directional synchronization with SmartLeads and develop OAuth infrastructures for Google and Microsoft integrations.

Enforce multi-tenant isolation using Row-Level Security (RLS) and prepare the infrastructure for GDPR compliance and SOC 2 certification.

Required Technical Skills

We are looking for quick to start motivated engineers who want to take direct ownership and see results with every commit.
The ability to learn on the go and proactivity is more important than any hard skills.

• Experience in React 18, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for utility-first design.
• Experience with Radix UI headless primitives and shadcn/ui styled components to maintain an accessible, modern SaaS aesthetic.
• Strong command of PostgreSQL, specifically handling JSONB columns for nested data such as LinkedIn profiles and AI-generated analyses.
• Knowledge of REST architecture, custom React Hooks for data fetching, and the Context API for global state management.Infrastructure knowledge including Vercel for frontend deployment and AWS-backed managed services via Supabase.
• Preferred Experience in Fintech or SaaS environments focused on deal management or CRM workflows.
