The junior support engineer will be the first point of contact for issues that require technical expertise, usually escalated by our customer solutions experts. The junior support engineer will provide outstanding service by understanding the problem, utilizing troubleshooting skills, and resolving basic technical issues. This person will work closely with the most senior team members to ensure they feel fully supported throughout the onboarding phase.
