Description

Are you a Junior Technical Leader looking to join an established company in Cascais, Portugal? Open Source Integrators is seeking a Junior Technical Lead to provide strategic technical guidance for their team. The company has a strong company culture that values ​​its employees.

The ideal candidate will be someone with strong technical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills who takes initiative and fosters an environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.

Features

• Design, build and deliver technical solutions: Convert functional requirements into technical design while considering non-functional requirements. Responsible for the development environment.


• Collaborate and supervise the execution of technological development according to the designs. 


• Serve as a liaison and technical expert for the client's technical team. 


• Facilitate and provide reviews (design, code, etc.). 


• Serve as a gateway to developers.


• Serve as technical coordinator working hand in hand with PM & BA to support the PM in managing the project's technical resources.


• Responsible for the quality of the technical artifacts that supply the solution.

Skills

• Knowledge and practical experience with JavaScript and UX.


• Strong professional presence.


• Ability to present technical ideas to users.


• proactive, sIt requires a self-initiative attitude.


• Results oriented.


• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with abstraction capabilities.


• Excellent communication, coordination, collaboration and interpersonal skills (internally and externally).


• Great interest in discovering and learning new things and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.


• Experience from 1 to 3 years.


• Languages: English (native), professional English (C1 minimum, with a valid diploma of less than 2 years). French is a plus.


• Possess professional work ethic.

Salary

Salary to be negotiated according to experience.
