Your Next Challenge

Join our client’s team as a Lead Salesforce Developer and play a key role in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions for an international project. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, driving the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications while mentoring development teams and promoting engineering best practices.

What You’ll Work On

• Leading the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  


• Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  


• Creating functional and technical documentation to support solution delivery and maintenance.
  


• Configuring and customizing Salesforce according to business needs and development standards.
  


• Implementing integrations and developing high-quality, maintainable code.
  


• Executing unit testing, analyzing defects, and delivering effective bug fixes.
  


• Defining and reviewing test cases to ensure application quality and reliability.
  


• Working with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines to support modern development practices.
  


• Customizing templates using JavaScript and HTML while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  


• Providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  


• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  


• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  


• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  


• Solid knowledge of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines.
  


• Experience with JavaScript and HTML for Salesforce customization.
  


• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  


• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile and international environments.
  


• English level B2 or higher is mandatory.
  


• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  


• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integration projects.
  


• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, architecture patterns, and performance optimization.
