Learning and Development Technician

From onboarding newcomers to upskilling seasoned professionals, you’ll be the driving force behind knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:    

• Leads engaging training sessions (beginner to advanced), both in-person and remotely, with strong preparation and follow-up.
• Refreshes and enhances existing training content based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Develops new learning formats—classroom, remote, and self-paced—to meet diverse learning styles.
• Uses tools like PowerPoint, Klaxoon, and digital communication platforms to create dynamic learning experiences.
• Guides newcomers through their learning journey and ensure a smooth integration into the team.
• Contributes to training campaigns and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree. 
• + 1 year of experience in Learning and Development.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Driven to team work.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
