• Participate in internal training projects; Complete documentation in the training area (example: Single Act);
• Make records in internal management and monitoring tools for professional training; 
• Manage user licences for e-learning platforms provided by DVT; 
• Manage internal tickets (receiving, resolving and closing them); 
• Contact external suppliers (national and international) to request quotes and register the collaborators; 
• Send accounting documents to the finance department and follow strict procedures;
• Maintain updated databases to make decisions based on them.

• Degree in HR Management; 
• Proactivity and solution-driven approach; 
• Organised nature with the ability to prioritise;  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;  
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel;
• Good problem-solving skills;  
• Strong attention to detail; 
• Organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask.
