What You'll Do in This Role

As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, you will:

• Ensure transport operators are upholding passengers rights.

• Understand customer needs and provide effective legal claim follow-up.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies, to evaluate and manage legal claims.

Your Qualifications

We could be a perfect fit if you:

• Are fluent in German and English (B2 level).

• Have strong communication skills.

• Have experience in customer service or in tourism/travel is a plus.

• Are proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy working collaboratively with a team.
