Descrição do Emprego - M365 & Exchange Support Engineer (German Speaker)

Do you like taking on responsibility and facing new challenges in an agile environment? Then we should get to know each other!
On the one hand, as an M365 and Exchange Support Engineer, you are the central hub when it comes to the operation and further development of our M365 / Exchange environments. On the other hand, you ensure IT infrastructure support in the Lisbon branch and are the single point of contact (SPOC) for on-site support in the areas of PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications. You are characterized by reliability because your customers count on you.

Description of the main tasks
− You are responsible for the operation and further development of the M365 infrastructure and services and work virtually in a product team in Switzerland.
− You will develop and implement M365 platform services as the basis for Swiss Post's digital workplace.
− You provide support for M365 services including Exchange Online/on-Prem, Teams and the SharePoint Online environment.
− As part of the M365 Product Team, you will be actively involved in the incident, change, release and lifecycle management of the platforms including 24/7 on-call Service.
− You will also provide technical support for employees with questions or problems relating to the IT infrastructure.
− You will be single point of contact for user or infrastructure problems on site in the areas of PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications and will be in close contact with the support teams in Switzerland.
Professional experience/expertise
− You have sound professional experience in the area of M365 services and Exchange and are up to date with the latest technological developments.
− You feel at home in a complex and highly critical system landscape.
− A customer-orientated and confident manner and a high level of service understanding are a matter of course for you.
− Experience in IT support in the areas of PCs, printers, networks (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications is also desirable.
− Ideally, you have knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell and Power Automate.

Social skills and characteristics:
− You are a communicative, team-orientated and implementation-oriented person.
− Your independent and structured way of working and your high level of social skills round off your profile.

Education
− You have a higher education in IT or a comparable qualification.

Language skills
− Fluent in English (written/oral)
− German B2 or above
− French (written/oral) desired− Willingness to travel
