Marketing Campaign Specialist Digital Platform

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Schedule: Mon–Sun | 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 | Possible 24/7 rotation in future (TBC)

Start Date: 19 March 2026

Contract: CDD 6 months (with potential for extension)

Salary: Base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €40 complexity bonus × 11 months

Relocation: No relocation or accommodation support. Candidates must already be based in Lisbon.

About the Role

Support Spanish-speaking advertisers on one of the world's most rapidly growing digital platforms. You will work with paid campaign data, provide consultative client support, and help optimise advertising performance. This role requires genuine marketing expertise — paid campaign experience is non-negotiable. No relocation support is provided; candidates must already live in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

• Support Spanish-speaking clients with paid advertising campaign management
• Review and optimise campaign setups for performance improvement
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign structure, targeting, and KPIs
• Use platform analytics tools to diagnose and resolve campaign issues
• Communicate consultatively and professionally in Spanish
• Document client interactions and campaign actions accurately

What We Are Looking For

• •       Spanish mother tongue
• •       Good English skills
• Mandatory: experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in marketing analytics and KPI reporting
• Already based in Lisbon (no relocation available)
• •       EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit
