Marketing Campaign Specialist Global Digital Platform

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Schedule: Mon–Sun | 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 | Future possibility of 24/7 rotation (TBC)

Start Date: 19 March 2026

Contract: CDD 6 months (with potential for extension)

Salary: Base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €60 complexity bonus × 11 months

Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months).

About the Role

A marketing-specialist role supporting German-speaking advertisers on one of the world's fastest-growing digital platforms. You will work with paid campaign data, provide consultative support, and help optimise advertising performance. Paid campaign management experience is non-negotiable.

What You Will Do

• Support German-speaking clients with paid advertising campaign management on the platform
• Review and optimise campaign setups to improve performance
• Provide technical and strategic guidance on campaign structure and KPIs
• Use platform analytics to diagnose and resolve campaign issues
• Communicate professionally and consultatively in German
• • Document all client interactions accurately

What We Are Looking For

• • German mother tongue
• • Good English skills
• Mandatory: experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• • Strong analytical mindset
• • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
