Marketing Digital and UX Project Manager                                       

Job description:

Contribute to the development and the implementation of the Cybersecurity awareness communication strategy: This includes creating including communication plans aligned with the company's objectives and coordinating efforts to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Internal communication: Ensuring smooth and effective communication within the organization by working with Group Communication entity.

Event management: Contribute to plan and organize events such as conferences, and internal events to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices

Content creation: Writing and producing content for various communication channels, including websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.

Performance tracking and analysis: Measuring the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjusting strategies based on the results obtained.

Provide help and support to Cyberculture referents in each entity;

Perform building in its format and content of a new Cyberdefense Elearning (group mandatory Elearning all staff) in collaboration with suppliers and internal contributors.                         

Main Tasks:

• Be responsible for planning and carrying out all communication campaigns for Group entities at Group Level and measure efficiency;
• Develop new way of raising awareness in coherence with contributors (Group Communication, Group HR, Cybersecurity teams);
• Deliver annually a new Cyberdefense Elearning targeting all staff  in collaboration with HR Team, Communication Team.;
• Provide high quality help and support to all Cyberculture referents in each entity;
• Activate internal  Group relations networks on phishing awareness activity_;
• Provide a detailled report of activities to Cyberculture Team in Paris.                              

Technical Skills:

• Digital Marketing;
• UX and Customer Journey Approach;
• General knowledge of IT and IT security, key related processes and regulatory framework; 
• Ability to understand data, IT systems and cyber security risks, and apply knowledge of security and data management to regulations;
• Adobe Creative Cloud.
