About the Role
As a Marketing Expert, you will be at the forefront of connecting businesses with tailored advertising solutions. Working with a portfolio of Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs), you'll help clients achieve their goals through consultative sales, in-depth product knowledge, and personalized strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Contact new and existing clients daily via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored advertising solutions.
• Portfolio Management: Strategically manage a book of business, prioritizing outreach to maximize client success and revenue growth.
• Customized Solutions: Understand client industries and local market nuances to deliver personalized recommendations.
• Product Mastery: Develop expertise in Facebook Advertising solutions, offering proactive and reactive support to optimize client performance.
• Consultative Sales: Improve client experiences through effective product adoption, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
• Thought Leadership: Share ideas to enhance advertising products and champion client success stories.
• Trend Analysis: Identify market trends, solve problems, and provide feedback to drive product innovation.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of sales, cross-channel media, and local market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships and cross-sell/upsell over time.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Language Requirement: Native or fluent (C2) English level.

Compensation & Benefits

• Training: 12-day program in English, with a compensation of 92.80 EUR per week.
• Salary: 1,666.98 EUR per month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus a food allowance).
• Benefits: Private health insurance, meal cards, and holiday bonuses.

Work Schedule & Location

• Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00). Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
• Location: Lisbon City Center.
• Flexibility: Rotational shifts; schedule provided 4 weeks in advance.
