About the Role
As a Marketing Expert, you'll connect with Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs) to deliver customized advertising solutions that align with their goals. Youll manage a diverse portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and drive success through expert consultative sales and product optimization.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Engage with Clients: Reach out to new and existing clients daily via phone, chat, and email, offering tailored advertising solutions that meet their business needs.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a client portfolio, prioritize outreach, and strategically grow revenue for each business.
• Customized Recommendations: Understand the nuances of local markets and industries to deliver targeted advertising advice.
• Product Expertise: Master Facebook Advertising solutions to proactively support and optimize client performance.
• Consultative Selling: Enhance client experiences by driving optimal product adoption, analyzing performance, and offering data-driven insights.
• Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of market trends, address challenges, and provide actionable feedback to improve ad products and the customer journey.
• Showcase Success: Highlight client success stories and share innovative ideas to refine strategies and products.

What Were Looking For

• A bachelors degree.
• At least 4 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
• Expertise in cross-channel media selling, local market dynamics, and client relationship building.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently make creative decisions.
• Language Requirement: Native or fluent (C2) English level.

What We Offer

• Training Program: A 12-day in-depth training session (in English) with a weekly compensation of 92.80 EUR.
• Salary: Competitive monthly package of 1,666.98 EUR, including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and a food allowance.
• Perks: Private health insurance, a meal card, and additional holiday bonuses.

Schedule & Location

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Location: Lisbon City Center.
• Flexibility: Rotational shifts are determined by your shift manager, with schedules provided 4 weeks in advance.
