Role description:

Colorifix is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in the Braga / Porto area (Portugal). The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and be comfortable with the idea of translating complex scientific concepts into simple, impactful and meaningful communications to a wide audience base. You will need to be skilled in content creation, copywriting, PR strategies and social media management. This would suit someone with a highly creative approach, able to communicate a rationale, grounded in solid insight. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and PR plan, collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research and analysis, and more. Experience in fashion or textiles B2B is advantageous.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development of a comprehensive marketing and PR plan with the SMT and several experienced advisors who are close to the business


• Continuous improvements and adjustments on the strategy to appeal to the various focal audiences


• Managing content creation, including blog posts, social media content (predominantly video) and develop automated email marketing campaigns


• Develop sales and marketing materials, presentations, assets (physical and digital), including writing compelling copy


• Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns


• Market research and analysis to identify opportunities


• Develop social media strategies, manage all the company’s accounts and engage with influencers and partners


• Managing the marketing budget and working with external vendors

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in PR & marketing, with a focus on, automation/content marketing, copywriting, social media and PR


• Experience in communicating environmental impact and the benefits of sustainable solutions


• Experience in content production, specifically video


• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts


• Ability to think strategically and analyse data to inform decision-making


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams


• A collaborative, sleeves-rolled-up, results-based kind of approac

Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Head of BD / CCO

Location: Portugal (Porto/Braga)

Remuneration: €35.000/PA (presential)

Holidays: 22 + BH + Birthday
