Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Professional to join our Siemens Grid Software team.
Areas of Responsibilty:
Execution of marketing projects globally for the Smart Infrastructure Grid Software (SI GSW) business, with a focus on marketing for Gridscale X Software products.
Production and realization of analog and digital marketing projects to introduce new offerings into the market and to support aggressive growth of existing products and services in close cooperation with the respective Marketing Manager. This comprises:
• Develop, create, launch and maintain high-quality marketing content and assets
• Contribute to conceptualization of targeted awareness and lead gen campaigns
• Prepare, execute, monitor and measure these multi-channel campaigns
• Prepare and deliver Sales Enablement assets and customer-facing Sales material
• Prepare and execute ABM projects in alignment with business objectives
• Contribute to the prep and execution of fairs, exhibits and customer events
What does success look like…Marketing activities executed on time and on budget with exceptional customer feedback. Campaigns executed with KPIs above Siemens’ benchmark and according to business objectives.
The role is a global headquarter role as part of a diverse global marketing team. The marketing activities executed are predominantly defined by one of the Marketing Managers in close cooperation with Sales and Product Management.
Requirements:
• Extensive and validated professional background in creation and execution of marketing activities within a software environment.
• Organisation and execution of external meetings and events (globally)
• Capability to work as a part of a global team.
• Project management in marketing
• Openness and creativity with regard to new ways and new approaches in marketing in particular in the arena of marketing digitalization.
• Ability to think yourself into the mind and needs of customer personas and of salespeople in different cultures.
• Ideally proficiency in Italian and English
• Great teammate, strong communication & interpersonal skills
