Master Data Trainee - Accounting

Join our team as a Master Data Trainee and support our Local and Global Finance teams in maintaining accurate and complete master data for customers, vendors, and accounting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial processes and data management within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, modification, and deletion of master data, ensuring quality and compliance with internal policies;
• Support the implementation of tools and processes for master data management;
• Help develop and update documentation such as Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and training materials;
• Provide support to internal users and contribute to defining business rules that enhance data quality;
• Participate in data analysis and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities;
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports related to data quality;
• Support the implementation of Data Governance practices across the organization.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Interest in learning about SAP and master data management (previous experience is a plus but not required);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Attention to detail and a genuine interest in data quality;
• Analytical thinking and eagerness to learn about business processes;
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
