Every time a doctor treats a patient, there’s a Medical Biller ensuring that care doesn’t stop when the appointment ends. Your contribution keeps hospitals and clinics running by making sure payments are processed accurately and on time. 

At Pharmbills, you’ll collaborate with a growing international network of over 1,000 professionals across 7 countries, working with top U.S. healthcare institutions to drive real impact. Your role isn’t just about numbers—it’s about ensuring medical providers can focus on what they do best: caring for patients. 

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing: 

✔ Invoicing – Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices for healthcare services. 
✔ Reconciliation – Identify and resolve billing discrepancies. 
✔ Record Management – Maintain detailed and organized financial records. 
✔ Collections Oversight – Track payments and follow up on outstanding accounts. 
✔ Collaboration – Engage closely with U.S. healthcare clients and internal teams to optimize billing processes. 
✔ Reporting – Generate reports on billing status and accounts receivable. 

📚 What You Bring: 

🔹 Billing Proficiency – Strong understanding of billing processes and basic accounting. 
🔹 Attention to Detail – Precision is key in keeping records accurate. 
🔹 Technical Skills – Experience with Excel and billing/accounting software is a plus. 
🔹 Communication – Strong English skills (B2+) to interact with U.S. clients. 
🔹 Professional Mindset – Ability to act independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
🔹 Availability to by busy according to the U.S. business hours – This role requires adjusting to U.S. time zones for smooth collaboration with healthcare clients.
