Medical Representatives

We are looking for Medical Representatives to join our Primary Care teams across several regions in Portugal (Porto, Braga, Vila Real, Aveiro).

The Impact You’ll Make:

In this role, you will engage with Healthcare Professionals, providing them with clear and reliable scientific information. Your main responsibilities include:

• Understanding and managing HCPs’ needs, using your technical and scientific knowledge to achieve objectives.


• Collecting and analysing information about HCPs and the market to enhance your activity and results.


• Proposing activities and investments that create value for both patients and HCPs.


• Managing promotional materials in line with company SOPs.


• Ensuring the confidentiality of all strategic company information.


• Keeping detailed activity reports to support accurate internal information flow.


• Using the company CRM to manage activities and enable data‑driven decision‑making.


• Complying with all Quality, Environment, R&D, Health and Safety policies, standards and procedures.


• Adhering to the BIAL Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as policies governing interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organisations and Patient Organisations. 

What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for someone who brings the right blend of scientific understanding, communication skills and drive. Ideally, you will have:

• A degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Management or another relevant area.


• Proven experience in a similar role.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• A results-oriented mindset.


• Proactivity in scientific and technical updating.


• Flexibility and adaptability to the market and new methodologies.


• Availability for frequent travel.


• Solid computer skills.


• Good knowledge of English (preferred).
