Right now, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Governance &
Operations
for a client on our Talent Team.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define, implement, and maintain the
    Microsoft 365 Governance framework and operating model;

  • Manage the M365 Hub environment
    currently operated by the client, ensuring alignment, standards, and best
    practices;

  • Produce, maintain, and continuously
    update operational and governance documentation related to the M365 ecosystem;

  • Manage Microsoft 365 licensing,
    including license types, user profiles, optimization, and consumption analysis
    within complex enterprise environments;

  • Administer external sharing policies
    and authorized domains;

  • Provide advanced operational support
    for Microsoft 365 services, including:

  • Resolution of 3rd -level incidents
    and service requests;

  • Governance of Microsoft Teams
    visibility, ownership, and lifecycle management;

  • Delivery and transfer of operational
    procedures to consortium and support teams;

  • Manage access rights and permissions
    in M365 mobility scenarios;

  • Govern Microsoft 365 Groups and
    collaboration environments;

  • Maintain inventory and visibility of
    M365 services and functionalities while monitoring Microsoft roadmap updates
    and new feature adoption;

  • Deliver training sessions and
    workshops on Microsoft Teams, Planner, licensing, governance, and M365 best
    practices;

  • Manage and follow up support tickets
    and escalations with Microsoft;

  • Monitor Microsoft service health
    notifications and global incidents.

You must have:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft 365
    administration and governance;

  • Strong expertise in:
      -Microsoft Teams
      -SharePoint
    Online
      -Power Apps
      -Power Automate
      -Power Virtual
    Agents
  • Experience designing and
    implementing M365 governance models, standards, and operational processes;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
    licensing management, optimization, and consumption analysis;

  • Solid understanding of Azure AD /
    Entra ID, groups, permissions, and access management;

  • Experience with external sharing
    governance and compliance management;

  • Ability to design, document, and
    maintain governance and operational procedures;

  • Experience interacting with and
    escalating issues to Microsoft Support;

  • Knowledge of ITSM processes,
    including incident, request, problem, and change management;

  • Strong analytical skills to assess
    new Microsoft features, roadmap impacts, and service adoption strategies;

  • Professional -level spoken and
    written technical English.
