The Role

Shape every interaction users have across mobile and web platforms by turning complex healthcare journeys into effortless, intuitive experiences. This is a unique opportunity for an AI-native designer to prototype rapidly, obsess over usability details, and build a consumer product people genuinely trust and enjoy using.

⚙️ What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-centered product experiences across both native mobile and responsive web platforms.


• Prototype ideas rapidly, conduct usability testing, and iterate quickly based on direct user feedback and product data.


• Build and scale a comprehensive design system while championing consistency, simplicity, and extreme attention to detail.


• Leverage AI-augmented tools (like Claude, Figma Make, and v0) to accelerate prototyping, explore new ideas, and elevate overall design quality.


• Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product teams to validate concepts and guide them through the full product lifecycle.


• Analyze consumer product trends and human behavior to continuously improve interaction design and UX patterns.

What we are looking for:Must-haves (Required):

• Experience: 3+ years of experience designing digital consumer products (Mid-Level/P2).


• Technical Stack & Tools: High proficiency in Figma, modern design workflows, rapid prototyping tools, and AI-assisted design platforms.


• Key Skills: Exceptional product thinking, deep understanding of native iOS/Android interaction patterns, and a fast-paced, iterative mindset.


• Language: Fluent in English.

Nice-to-haves (Pluses):

• Experience in healthcare or complex consumer products, expertise in scalable design systems, and a strong eye for animation and micro-interactions.
