Mobility Product & Innovation Specialist

E-Mobility Solutions department is looking for a Mobility Product & Innovation Specialist

What you will do:

• Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and technological developments to support the creation of new mobility products and services.


• Drive a strong customer-centric approach across all products, ensuring a high-quality digital experience, with particular focus on UI/UX, usability, and end-to-end customer journeys.


• Assess key technology trends shaping the mobility ecosystem and contribute to EDP's mobility IT roadmap.


• Analyze market opportunities and translate them into concrete product initiatives with clear value propositions.


• Contribute to the definition and evolution of EDP's mobility portfolio, supporting strategic decision-making through both quantitative and qualitative analysis.


• Plan and deliver complex product development projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and both internal and external stakeholders.


• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and expected outcomes.


• Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches in the Iberian market.

What are we looking for:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in product management, business consulting, digital products, or energy industry (experience in eMobility is a plus).


• Strong customer and product mindset, with proven sensitivity to digital experience, UI/UX, and usability principles.


• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving ability; comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems and support decisions with data.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
